Lincoln is an attorney licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi. He graduated from Ole Miss with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, and then obtained his Juris Doctor from Ole Miss Law School. Raised in a family of lawyers, he has resided in Germantown and practiced law there since 1982. In his time away from the office, Lincoln loves spending time with his growing family of three children and six grandchildren, along with golfing and spending as much leisure time at the beach as he can manage.

Rees is an attorney licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Mississippi. He graduated from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Banking and Finance, and then from Mississippi College School of Law with a Doctor of Jurisprudence. Having lived in Germantown his whole life, Rees is proud of his community and knows it well. In addition to practicing law, he serves as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Germantown, Tennessee. He is married, and has four children; all boys. Outside of work, Rees enjoys anything with water, including boating, swimming and the beach.

Libby has worked at Hodges Law Firm since August 2006. She has worked in all aspects of the real estate closing process but currently oversees post-closing, including deed recording and escrow. She lives in Collierville, Tennessee with her husband and 2 sons. If you hear from Libby, something is probably wrong!

An employee since 2016, Anna has been in our pre-closing and closing departments, making her well versed in all stages of a real estate transaction. Anna graduated from Southwest Tennessee Community College in 2017 with a degree in Paralegal Studies. Anna is a proud mother to her beautiful daughter and enjoys her energetic German Shepherd, both of whom keep her very busy outside of the office! In her free time, you might find Anna relaxing by the pool and enjoying the sun with her friends and family.

A Mississippi University for Women (MUW) 2014 Graduate, Gracie has been a member of the Hodges Law Firm, PLLC team since March 2015. She has experience in all areas of the closing process, namely pre-closing, closing, post-closing, and deed recording, but currently works full-time with the pre-closing team. Aside from work, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family, specifically her husband and son, and her pets in her hometown of Hernando, Mississippi.

Lisa is a native of Memphis, Tennessee. She has been working in the real estate industry since 2016. Outside of work, Lisa enjoys watching movies, baking beautiful cakes, playing board games or card games with friends, and doing anything artistic.

Kristy has been with Hodges Law Firm, PLLC since May 2021. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree from The University of Memphis in 2004 and went on to receive a master’s degree from Union University in 2007. She has two children, two dogs, and 2 aquariums full of fish that keep her busy, but in her free time, she loves to bake and play board games.

Terri has been a Germantown resident for most of her adult life. Happily married for over 30 years, and retired from FedEx after an impressive 36-year career, Terri found a second career at Hodges Law Firm, PLLC and has been with us since 2019. She is the Bookkeeper for the firm, and also handles Wills, Powers of Attorney, etc. Terri is the mother to three very successful, grown children (including Rees!) and grandmother to four incredible grandsons. In her spare time, Terri enjoys baking and spending time with her amazing family.

April has been with Hodges Law Firm since 2016 and currently works in file set-up for our preclosing department, although her experience and tasks certainly don’t stop there. You may also find yourself speaking with April to facilitate legal appointments with attorneys regarding property/contract consultations, wills, powers of attorney, etc.
